"Aufruf zu einer Amnestie in Spanien: Es ist äusserst besorgniserregend, dass sich zwanzig Jahre nach dem Ende des Bürgerkrieges Tausende von Spaniern, darunter Intellektuelle von Weltruf, immer noch im Exil leben; dass Frauen und Männer aller politischen Schattierungen und aus allen sozialen Schichten, ihrer Einstellung wegen auf der Anklagebank, noch heute von Militärgerichten verurteilt werden."
